Hybrid Worlds

The artist Catherine Baas has devised a trail consisting of ten artworks based on the concept of hybridisation. Her creations reveal and reflect the gardens, their plants and trees and the castle. The installations – some of them interactive and mostly created on location – immerse the visitor in the natural setting. ‘Hybrid Worlds’ explores three themes: mimicry, inverted worlds and the dialogue with plantlife. As an added bonus, some of the installations encourage visitors to take selfies.
