Arrival Nivelles station: bus 72 (Tec> Manage) - "Seneffe Center" stop, then walk ± 16 minutes.
Arrival Manage station: bus 72 (Tec> Baulers) and bus 71 (Tec> Soignies) - Stop "Seneffe Center", then walk ± 16 minutes.

Disabled visitors

For the moment, the elevator of the museum (in the castle) is out of order for an unspecified duration .


The access to the accessible toilet and the temporary exhibition "The Golden Triangle", as well as the "The flavors of the Enlightenment" (the “tea room”), are no longer accessible. But you can always visit the permanent collection "Grandeur and intimacy" located on the ground floor.

Museum Times

The castle/Museum


The Castle is open every day except Mondays, not public, from 10 to 18h.
Last admission at 17:30.


At the Shop: closing last purchases: 17:45.


Closed on January 1st and December 24th, 25th and 31st.
Free access every first Sunday of the month only to the Permanent Collection ("Grandeur and Intimacy").

 

Duration of the visit "Grandeur and intimacy" for individuals: around 1h30.

Depending on your pace and your wishes, you can spend a morning, an afternoon or a whole day in our Domain (park and castle) enjoying our permanent and temporary exhibitions, our applications, our services and animations.

The "Flavors of Enlightenment" tea room

Eighteenth-century chocolate tasting and other Enlightenment drinks and sweets: open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 14h to 18h (last admission at 17h30). Also accessible to people who do not visit the museum.

The library

Access from Monday to Sunday from 10 to 17h. See the library section for all practical information or call 32 (0) 64 55 69 13.


The Park and the Gardens

The Park and Gardens are open every day of the year, except in case of bad weather, from 8 to 20h from April to September and from 8 to 18h from October to March. Free access.
